If You Were Affected by Superstorm Sandy


New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) has mobilized a free legal aid disaster relief program to help victims of the storm deal with a range of legal issues including:


FEMA claims and denials

Housing, insurance claims, vouchers, wrongful evictions, mortgage issues

Consumer matters, bankruptcy and credit problems, disaster related fraud

Public benefits (accessing and continuing) replacing lost identification and documentation

 

New York Legal Assistance Van will be in the East Parking lot behind Our Lady of Grace Church on Sunday May 26 from 11 AM to 3 PM.

Many of you were unable to attend the NARCAN training that was offered on April 1st. So we would like to invite you, if still interested, to another training.
